"We were involved in a hail storm while visiting. We were able to get an appointment within 2 days however, Before we left I told him that the piece that held the wiring for my safety alerts for the car was off. He came outside and just pushed it back up. Didn't check it or anything. NOW the whole thing is hanging down and once checking inside there is a broken section. Of course, I can't drive back to SD for him to repair, but I also can't drive my car currently because of this."
