"My most recent experience with this place has been disappointing. I have had my annual exams done there before however, I had a contact lens fitting and the front desk failed to update my information. Regards to my phone number when I had a special order of contacts for trial, I was not contacted due to this. I reached out to them a couple weeks later and my contacts were in. I updated my phone number after the trials they were not the best fit so I called back to schedule a refitting and they told me I would have to pay the contact lens fitting fee because it was over 30 days. I’m not happy that I have to pay for another fitting fee , because of their mistake at the front desk."

"I’m not a fan of the ye exams or going to any doctor but they were incredibly nice and very descriptive about each step to make sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend sadly I’m moving so I won’t be able to use again but definitely recommend"

"I had an eye emergency (poked it bending over a sharp object) and the staff was able to get me in within two hours. The doctor gave me a gentle eye exam and antibiotics to prevent infection. I do not have vision insurance, but because it was an injury they billed my medical insurance. She explained what I can expect throughout the healing process and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend."
