"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came here with my sister after a very difficult loss on a day where we really needed it. My sister is 15 and I am 26 so I signed the waiver for her as her legal guardian. They denied this and said her mom would have to be here. When we explained that’s not possible, we asked if we could call her for verification they said no and we had to leave. Safe to say we will never be back. They should have options, it’s not fair to turn customers away like this. I would like to add that I never received my money back despite calling them and confirming that I would and I had to fight to get my deposit back."

"It was my first time and my experience wasn't so great. They don't have good safety into place. You should be providing full body jumpsuit. You only get a helmet and gloves. I refused to move forward due to that and the guy not telling me more information about the packages. The smaller package was $79 to only hit 10 things. They will keep your despoit no matter what and I don't think that's right if they don't show you the other prices before you book. They expect you to do everything but they give you very little. Not a great business and it shouldn't be call the rage room if you can only hit 10 things. You should be only charging by the person $35 with a 1 hour spot. Not $25 deposit and still pay another fee when you get there. Good Luck staying opening because the fee isn't worth. it."

"I have been here twice now, once with girlfriends and once with my son, and it's SO cathartic. You get a heap of stuff to destroy and take out all your frustrations on it. The staff are really nice and helpful, too. We will be back."

"This was a fun place to be. Something to scratch off my bucket list. You pick your package and then pick the specific items in the package you bought. It goes small, medium & then bottles. The large item was chosen for us. I liked being able to play my own music via Bluetooth. They do well with safety equipment and instructions. I highly recommend wearing boots with thick bottoms, you will get glass stuck in gym shoes. Wish I had worn my Timberlands afterwards. I also wish there was something harder on the wall. Bottles don’t break on the wooden wall & the trunk lid on the wall allowed stuff to bounce right off. Once that’s adjusted, it would be more fun."

"The room was 1/4 or more full of glass when i entered. They supply a broom. Small area to actually safely smash things. A small shard of glass pierced through my cotton pants into my skin, minor. Glass kept falling into my shoe. Mallets are hefty. They require some force to Smashy!! Smash it. Price 50$ base package for small items. I brought additional items of my own which does NOT lower the overall cost. But did keep me in the room smashing for 20-30 minutes longer. Large items start at 25$."
