"No remote for the TV. No coffee. No breakfast tomorrow of any kind. The door looks like somebody tried to jimmy it, but I guess it's safe. The furniture looks like the stuff that gets left on the side of the road for free. The heater works. The bedsheet and towels seem clean. What do you expect for 50 bucks plus tax? Also, who leaves just a quarter inch on the toilet roll with no spare roll? And I have never been in a motel that doesn't provide soap. And there was no way to turn on the TV without a remote. On the other hand, $50 + tax!"
"I had made reservations for a room with 2 beds for March 15th. Upon arriving I was given a key for room 332 but that room only had 1 bed. After letting the office know I was given a key for room 335. The house janitor had to help open the door as it appeared stuck. After seeing the sad state of the room, no blanket, 1 tiny towel, etc. I decided I couldn't stay there. I sent my son downstairs to take my luggage. On the way down he closed the door to the room. I tried to follow but couldn't open the door. After struggling for 10 minutes my son found the janitor to help me. We couldn't open the door! At last resort I was rescued by having the janitor come through the window. Horrible experience!!!"
"They advertise $40 on Google maps then charge you $86 if you didn't make a reservation, rooms were not in great shape, towel had dirt on it, the side of tub was patched with some kind of sealant like a glob of JB weld. No shampoo in the rooms just 1 bar of soap for your face / body. Neighbors were listening to load music till 11:30."
"definitely a... unique experience. Stayed here for multiple nights because of the low price and no security deposit. If you are planning a visit here, I hope you don't have a particular desire for heat/AC, a working television, showers that stay hot for longer than a minute or two, a trash can, or soap. Yeah gurl, it's rough. One of the employees whose name I forgot was nice at first, then one night I saw her getting drunk while on duty and upon check-in she decided to tell me that now there is suddenly a $100 deposit fee. Like sweetie I've been staying here for a week now, there is no security deposit. Most of the rooms have furniture/TVs stolen from them, smell really bad, and have stains all over the floors/walls/bed. If you want to stay somewhere in Albuquerque, just spend the extra few dollars and go literally anywhere else "
"If I can give zero stars for this motel and be able to write a review I would. Anyway, on September 26 I rented a room for 2 nights, it looked decent when I went in. Fast forward to 5am I woke up to a pinch on my back. I jumped up and there were 3 little bed bugs I squashed one to take a picture. I went to the front desk and talked to the most rude lady ever, one employee asked to see my back I lifted my shirt and right in plain sight she saw a bug bite. First Lady wanted me to go hang out with the bed bugs till 10 I said hell no. She landed up giving me a different room I asked her please not upstairs since I had all of my work stuff with me and it was a lot. She landed up giving me a room on the second floor with NO ELEVATOR, I was expecting to get all my stuff treated for bed bugs but the lady told me no they will not treat my stuff for bed bugs. I was on my way downstairs to retrieve my things and landed up slipping and falling on the stairs, I broke both of my ankles spent 8 days in the hospital and another 20 days in physical therapy hospital. I tried calling to talk to a manager they refused to talk to me I got called a liar a few times out of all of this I just wanted a refund for the both nights I paid because first night I got bite by bugs, 2nd night I didn’t stay there I was in the hospital. It’s very sad to go to a place to get some rest and land not getting no rest at all not even stay in the second night and she called a liar not getting my money back. This is the worst place I’ve ever in my life stayed.."
