"Score just based on location inside the mall. It is directly in the thoroughfare in the bottom level in the middle of the traffic. Extremely difficult place to service customers especially those who brought small children. Our staff builder was exceptional Despite all of the circumstances working against them. She patiently went through each model and went over the process and involved each kid in their stuffing process. She helped them pick out a heart and personalize the experience as much as humanely possible given the space allotted. Major respect for the two ladies running this kiosk."

"The associate Sarah Melchor was extremely helpful and kind. Despite being the only worker on the floor and having to deal with multiple customers by herself, she made sure that any questions and concerns were addressed. She even helped make a costume fit even though it wasn't made for the stuffed animal. 10/10"

"Bad location not even a store. Its in the middle of the mall like a kiosk. The employee tried to fill several animals for differnt customers at one time, the child wasn't even standing there when they filled it with stuffing. Which is the main point to watch the stuffing go in. They were not giving the individual personal experience to the kiddos. They didn't offer my daughter a birth certificate. We had to go back and ask for one when we remembered we didn't get one."

"Terrible customer service. I've been to other ones that go above and beyond. This location does not. We revived a gift card that had $10 on it. It had never been used. It didn't ead as an empty balance but cam up as error. The manager and employee literally said it's not our problem and we can't do anything about it. I guess will be calling guess services tomorrow. It was only $10, but seriously if your manager can't help with a gift card problem, you probably shouldn't even have managers. Will not be going back to this build a bear. I highly recommend you try others though."
