"Installed a new faucet. New faucet was dented and not even put into place like it should. The sink had 8 dents. Told me he would meet me the next day at the house. Didn’t show up. Didn’t answer my call but texted me. Said it was amazing that this is the only damage that was done. I’m sorry but the only amazing part here is that you actually left this like this thinking it was ok. And then the sump pump.... won’t even get into that. Sorry man but there was absolutely no professionalism with dealing with you or your company. Would not recommend to anyone anytime."
