Kept telling us over and over, unless it is making a noise, there's nothing we can do. I even explained the vehicle was salvage title and that the motor mounts may have been damaged in the light collision as it would make a sound only going into reverse (transmission mount). My 12 year old son, who is a huge fan of the radio show was really bummed. We only wanted our car serviced there because of Russ (my son really likes Russ on the radio and this was a chance to meet a "celebrity" to him.)
