"I would give zero stars if possible. Amerigas is a horrible company and once you are setup as a customer they feed you to their over-seas call center team which are a nightmare to work with on any matter at all. DO NOT USE AMERIGAS, USE A LOCAL COMPANY INSTEAD"

"It took several phone calls to connect with someone who could help us having propane delivered to our cabin at our campground address. The curious thing is we have done business and had propane delivered to this cabin many times. After 2 tries with the commercial department, we finally got connected to someone who could help us and he was very helpful. The propane was delivered in 3 days.”"

"Tried to switch to this company scheduled swap out was 1/9/24 they then rescheduled for 1/12/24 then rescheduled again for 1/17/24 it's not a freezing weekend lows of -20 and I have no propane to heat my house due to supposed tank swap that isn't happening. If you want customer service of any kind do not do bussiness with this company what a joke."

"I was told there would be no extra charges with this fill for 1.89 per gallon. We received a c a rd in the mail offering us a fill for 1.89 per gallon and we took advantage of the offer. Then we received a bill in the mail with many extra charges we were told would be waived. I called the company and they agreed to look into this and remove charges and call us with the new total due. I haven't heard from them. Do you think I'd order from you again? I want an answer on this and very soon. This is a terrible way to do business."

"ordered online, received scheduled fill timeline. No show, multiple attempts for updates and no one could provide details on cs line. Then received notice fill scheduled for next day, no show again, then received text days later "unable to fill due to snow packed driveway"- completely false as driveway was clear for days. 4 days later finally received fill-almost 2 weeks after original scheduled time. Completely unacceptable."
