"Laundry room out of order, pool out of order, and weird addicts roaming in and out of the stairwell trying the doorknobs on all the rooms.. Bed was okay, blankets were soft. Room smelled good, although pretty tiny. Receptionist was pretty rude, although that was my experience with all the service staff in pretty much the entire town of deming. Only stay if you're completely exhausted and out of any other options"

"Used a banquet room. The girls jumped over backwards to make sure everyone had what they expected. I've always been impressed with Comfort Inn & Suites. I highly recommend them for anyone needing a room for either passing through or a temporary place to stay."

"We stayed here for one night in the hotel, they gave us a king bed for the two queen bed ordered and full paid in advance. Breakfast was over within the first hour, no forks, no meat, and had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the complimentary breakfast - scrambled eggs and potato fries. They could increase their staff instead of having the same person work in the front office and kitchen."

"The room was too small and felt crowded. The shower looked dirty. They would not give you extra towels unless you took the used towels back for an exchange??? Crazy, right, especially if you have 4 or more people. What a hassle. The pool and hot tub were closed. The continental breakfast did not compare to other hotels, not a good selection."

"Would recommend this hotel. A few things being repaired but overall nice place. We have been traveling for 2 months and stayed at many different hotels and this hotel was one of the better ones that we came back on our way home. Charles helped us check in both times and was truly a breath of fresh air. I wish more people were like him."
