Maverik Adventure's First Stop

"EXPECT LAZY WORKERS!!!!!!!7:45pm 2/29/24 As I walk in to buy a few things, I notice 3 employees at the register. And the place is filthy too. One is trying to refill the money machine near the cash register. With all his money exposed, free for anyone to grab. Then I notice what appears to be the manager, a little African American girl. Who is at the register. When she sees me walk in, she decides to walk away from the register so she does not need to serve me. The other employee is restocking the liquor section. The "manager" decides to walk out to the register for customers to ring themselves up. She acts like she's working on it. As I walk up, I ask, "So who's open?" They all ignore me. The little girl/manager rolls her eyes and laughs. The two guys working still ignore me. So I say again WHO'S OPEN!!!!!! You would think the girl/manager would speak up. Nothing!! The guy restocking the liquor finally speaks up. He'll help you over there. Keep in mind that this guy is filling the money machine with a stack of money exposed for anyone to grab. He looks at both of them they both are laughing at each other, surprised I spoke up the way I did. Sad customer service from the top to the bottom. It speaks volumes of the type of business that is run at this establishment. When you allow managers and employees to act like nothing matters, the whole place is run like trash. Better customer service is heavily needed at this establishment. Along with proper management and training. So many red flags here. Especially having someone refill the money machine with money exposed. For the manager to not notice that, along with for them to direct me to his register with all that money exposed. SMH GET SOME BETTER MANAGEMENT AND TRAINING ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I came here to get gas and a few things and proceeded to use the women's restroom and within seconds I was discriminated against by this bald male in front of several others and the guys was extremely rude starts saying i can't use the womens restroom regardless of "my beliefs" the guy has continued saying rude comments as i walked out to my vehicle I am going to be contacting the governors office along with filing a report with the new mexico attorneys General office and I'll be getting an attorney because of the way this guy treated me"

"stopped here today to take advantage of the great Zin special buy two cans and get them for $3.79 each. Eliana was very rude and argumentative, and refused to break up the roles and was very unpleasant. After she refused to sell me individuals in pairs, I stepped over to the next gentleman who is very polite and sold me six more cans for the two fer deal I have been to four or five Mavericks this week and never has anybody been so rude as Iliana"

"This location is not good. Asked for an energy drink that wasn’t stocked but could see it behind the cooler. Employee couldn’t grab it for me so wasn’t able to get it even though they have it. Also ice machine broken. Normally don’t come to this one and this is why. Waste of time and broken ice machine all the time. Employee not helpful. Best location to worst location. 98th seems to be the best location in terms of helpfulness and item availability and the ice machine always working."
