Reviews
"Great service. Friendly people."
"This place deserves negative 5 stars. We arrived around 8:20 and spent a few minutes selecting snacks. After purchasing our snacks we headed towards the restrooms but the attendant said we couldn't use them because they were being cleaned. There wasn't anyone cleaning them and they still had full trash cans so they clearly hadn't been cleaned yet. I even asked if I could use the men's room instead of the women's room but the guy said no. The sign on the door says they close at 8:45 so we had 20 minutes before closing. We had come from Bisti Badlands and this was the first restroom in an hour. This place doesn't deserve travelers stopping here. Go to the Speedway next to I-40 instead."
"Extremely rude on the phone, I asked him to hold some lamb ribs for me a he said. I'll see what I can do. Then I went to give him my name and he hung up on me ! The place is not consistent with ribs on hand and very expressive anyway !!!"
"The cashiers need to wear a mask and abide with NM business guidelines during this pandemic. I find it quite unsafe. Please wear your mask during your work hours."
"Red Rock package liquor failed to meet my expectations. First of all. The minimum wage navajo cashiers that work here are all rude. Especially the fat sort Navajo lady cashier. I purchased a cooked ribs and when I got home I noticed the meat had mold inside. I tried to return this item but the sort Navajo lady cashier said the ribs looks okay to eat. She also stated the meat is safe because it's cooked at safe temperature. The ribs had green mold inside of it . I gotten this rib tested and turns out bacteria growing inside. I wish the owner was working at the time. I only saw rude navajos working. I know the owner is friendly. The owner needs to replace the Navajo cashiers ASAP!"
