"They can afford to put up a huge new sign, but can't fix a shake machine and a cooler that has been broken over a month? This place has gone down hill..... employees are more worried about smoke breaks than being at the counter when customers are waiting. You have to explain what you want from the warmer till your blue in the face and then you might get what you want. The men's bathroom is old, filthy, and way outdated. Parking for semi trucks with 53' trailers is horrible! Come here at your own risk. I come here on a weekly basis, but no more. Russell's down the road is better."

"10/25/23 10p.m. place was open,rest room was typical for a typical trk stop,mediocre,but could be worse,it s a 3 star rest room. Morning coffe was horrible,I am not familiar with this regional food,I don t want to be rude:these chimichungos or deep fried burritos, they taste horrible absolutely horrible,it s all they had to offer so I thought how bad can it be,"I braved the horrible food at the Big Texan yesterday" I thought. Three of those of different kind and a coffe $15.00,they were hard and cold...and greasy,I took a bite out of each hoping it would be better,nah! I threw them away. I am glad they are there,as a parking place,but even that,trucks pile up so much one can t even fuel or get out in the morning,will I stop again? probably not,since I don t travel to NM very often,to be fair though,I am not fond of NM food,but the food here at 'Allsups' is like a typical deli case in Louisiana,Mississippi and parts of AL,minus the fried okra and fried cob. Anyhoo,ok to park,fuel price is not any cheaper than FJ or Love s a few miles west. I followed my own rule,"drop at least 14.00 where I spend the night and thankful they are there.""

"Terrible!!!!! I do not understand at what point people lost their humanity? we are truck drivers and arrived at night for a gas station. wanted to go to the toilet, but the guy who opened the door for us said that he could not let us into the toilet because he would lose his job! people, what's wrong with you? in general, we work so that you have something to eat, what to wear, what to sleep on and so on. and such a bad attitude towards drivers, it's terrible!"

"Since when is this place closed at 9pm??? I swear I have been here late late several times. I love it since it’s been changed to an Alsups. Super nice inside now but I can’t believe it’s closed right now. Last time i was here about 6 weeks ago it definitely wasn’t closed and that was much later than 9pm. Maybe I’m crazy. Anyway nice quiet place to shut down and lots of areas to “make a spot” if there’s no parking."

"I like to stop here and take my 10hrs here. Great ppl work here, they have good hot food in the morning. Also beer for those who need it. Toilets needs remodeling badly. Inside store and outside is clean."
