"They do a great job with my clothes!"

"This is my 5th time using them. I have continued to go there on the understanding that each item is $2.50 to press. Every week I drop off ten items total, and every week I’ve had to pay $37-$40. Every week I ask the lady, “I thought it was $2.50 to press each item?”. Every week she says, “it is…” then why do I keep paying $40 to press ten items. Finally, today she told me she didn’t know the pricing. If I’m paying $40, then I’m going somewhere else with better hours and where they are honest and upfront about prices. Update: I went to Davis Cleaners off Eubank, they are open till 6, which is great for the average person who works till 5:00 pm, and it was $28. Also, they were upfront about their prices!!!"

"This was my second time with this cleaners. Credit card malfunction means they are closed today. No emergency number provided. Sorry for the inconvenience. They have my wedding dress and won’t be open until after the wedding. So I’ll be spending the rest of the day looking for another dress. An emergency number could have prevented this negative review."

"Had my fairly new king comforter cleaned at the end of August (had comforter for less than a month). Picked it up and put away in the cabinet, still in the clear bag it was returned in. Its been too hot at night for the big conforter so didnt think anything about. I just took it out of the clear plastic bag to put back on my bed today since the temperature has gotten quite cool at night and needing a thicker blanket and noticed the comforter is now coming a part at the seems on both sides where there was a design in the bedding. Ruined."
