"Do not trust this place for your big day. Jim is an awful business owner. I called one week in advance to discuss getting my dress cleaned. I dropped it off the following Saturday as we agreed. Then he called me the following Thursday to say they forgot about my dress because his granddaughter didn't tell him it was there. Then called back exactly 1 hour and 14 minutes later to say he couldn't get the stains out. No empathy. No remorse nothing. I thought our face to face interaction would be better but it wasn't. I'll never go back. On top of everything, he charged me more than he estimated...could have stuck to the estimation for the errors on your part."
