"I was grossly misquoted on the cleaning of my jacket. I do not enjoy being charged an extra $10. The girl who quoted me is either grossly incompetent or it is a shady buisness in general. My jacket did however come out clean and smelling good. It took 2 days (entirely unacceptable) and my jacket shrunk perceptibly. Which Is what I was trying to avoid by going to the cleaners in the first place."
