The first day of school the bus doesn’t show up I called the bus driver I’ll call you that was her response three days later no call no response I call again she tells me she will call me when she wants to. Just a bunch of gangsters milking the system and taking taxpayers money. what does A P S Trasportation tell you we can’t do anything."

"My 11 year old road a bus to school owned by Herrera coaches. The bus driver not only didn’t follow the route that my daughter has been using for weeks. She had her kid on the bus and was yelling at her kid while the my daughter was on the bus, then when my daughter told the driver her drop off was at Montgomery park the bus driver tried to drop her off on the west side… alone. She said your grandma can just pick you up here. She was more than an hour late coming home than she normally was. Hopefully they’ve dealt with the situation since then. But as of now it makes me feel a little less safe sending my kid on buses owned by Herrera buses."

"Very unsettling to see some of the drivers they hire for driving the school buses. My grandson has been singled out by the bus driver who obviously can not handle working with kids. The previous driver was great. The new driver actually left our grandson sitting at the bus stop in the morning. He was listening to a book on tape and didn't get up fast enough to catch the bus. Kids pointed it out and the driver left anyways. Tried calling the office and it took two days to get someone to actually pick up a phone. When they heard it was a complaint she transferred me to a voice mail for someone who still hasn't called me back. APS should be concerned about the safety of the kids that are riding these buses."
