"The vets and techs here are the best! They give more compassion and care than my own doctor gives me! My senior dog has been on their wellness plan since I adopted him and I appreciate all the routine things they do! This week my Major dog became very ill.. I thought I was going to have to take him to the ER vet because of his symptoms but they were glad to take him in and give him the care that he needed. They even called me today to check in to see how he is feeling today.. all procedures and testing and blood work they did ended up costing about $350 anywhere else it would have costs thousands..pay for the monthly wellness membership here it’s worth it! P.S. don’t be a fool like me and put raw eggs on your dogs kibble or feed your dog anything raw.."

"Staff are very helpful in the veterinarians are quite knowledgeable and give you a lot of good information and options. It's nice that they can see you in the morning sometimes before PetSmart opens up and gets busy. Was a little bit of a wait this morning to get in for 8:30 appointment as they had a few other people in front of us I guess all scheduled at 8:30, but once they saw us they got us out of there quick and it worked out well."

"I really love this place they're pretty fast. And if you decide to shop there they have a great variety of dog food and snacks and cat food and so on! Definitely recommend it!"

"I have been calling everyday to get my dogs anal glands done , and they say oh we can’t do it right now!! I talked to Christan today and she answers me with rude comments and then laughs about it!! Banfield never wants to do anything for me and my dog, they act like they’re always so busy!! I have the Banfield insurance so I can take my dog at any time but it sure doesn’t seem to work out that way!! I need to speak to a supervisor!!! These people just don’t want to work nowadays! So lazzzzyyyy!!"

"Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance, received multiple emails and calls requesting to confirm this apt, to which I responded to every. single. one. In all, I’d say I confirmed the apt 6 times prior to date of scheduled apt. The morning of the apt (scheduled for 8:30am) there was snow on the ground so I called around 7:50am to confirm the apt yet again, spoke with a staff member at Banfield who affirmed the apt time and availability. On my drive in (25minutes), around 8:15, another staff member from Banfield called and offered me a 10:30 apt time if that was easier, due to snow on the roads. I appreciated the offer but said no thanks, I’m 7 minutes away. She responded oh okay, no problem I’ll see you when you get here. I arrive to Banfield at 8:23am… for my 8:30am apt… and am called up to the desk and am told that there is no apt availability for me because yesterday someone made a scheduling error, and scheduled someone else on top of my apt. And sorry they can’t make it right because they JUST took that other patient so they’re already back there. I was told you are welcome to reschedule but no, you can not be seen now and there is no apt for you. Very disappointed in my experience with this vet. What’s the purpose of confirming an apt if it means nothing? Just wasted over an hour accomplishing nothing and only left feeling extremely frustrated."
