"I decided to try Soar as my insurance had changed and they were accepting my new one. I saw Kelly and my visit went amazing! She found an issue that other doctors say is not an issue and she put me on the meds to help correct it. She then spoke to me about weight loss and since then it’s been a nightmare. She told me she would call me in the next 2-3 days to let me know if pre approval went through. She never called me but the pharmacy ended up with the prescription but couldn’t fill it because the dr was not responding about the prior auth. I spent weeks trying to get in touch and left plenty of voicemails and never got any call back. I finally showed up in office one day and met with Stephanie who owns it. She apologized and said she would pick up where the ball was dropped. The next day I had a voicemail from one of the nurses I believe letting me know that there was a discrepancy with insurance over my name as I have two first names. I called back immediately to rectify and explain and again got sent to a voicemail. I left a voicemail and never received a follow up. I called about 3-4 days later to see if my voicemail had been received and they confirmed it was so I asked about next steps and alternative medications since my insurance will not cover the original med. the admin scheduled me for a telehealth visit on Monday 8/14 at 11 am. 12pm rolls around and still no call from Kelly. So I call at about 1 pm and get the voicemail system and leave a message about the situation. We are now on Wednesday 8-16 with still no call back from anyone! I attempted again today to call and left a voicemail again. Todays voicemail was definitely in a different tone then any other prior interaction because I’m fed up. This is my last resort to getting Soar Medical’s attention to at minimum call me back and let me know what happened to Mondays appointment and what next steps are to getting my records so I can now change my dr again!"
