"Initial new patient visit was fine, everything went smoothly. However, the follow up and answering of phones is comical. I give every place a chance, but based off recent reviews I am right on board with them. Called 6 times over the course of 3 hours on both the schedulers and nurse on staff call options due to a concerning incident that I was unsure if it needed urgent medical attention for. After 4 hours with no acknowledgement i decided to drive myself to Urgent Care. Was given records to bring back to CFM from my visit at Urgent care. Arrived with doors locked, and again, noone answering calls. Sat outside for an hour on what I "thought" might have been a lunch break, and still with doors locked and no-one in sight at 3:00pm. Finally door was unlocked and told both their front desk and scheduler were not in that day. I understand the situation of being understaffed, but for a site of a medical professional this is downright embarrassing and unacceptable. I would advise caution if you're looking for a RELIABLE location to get medical care from"
