"I placed an online order September 9th, promising it should arrive by October 4. When checking online to see the status of the order on October 4th, it stated it hasn't been shipped. What a waste of time dealing with this company."
"Very helpful and patient. Plus they have almost everything!"
"I'm a truck driver. This is the second time I've delivered to this location. Both times everyone has been super friendly and they always get me in and out of here in under and hour. I honestly wish I could deliver here way more often. Not only is this a great delivery place, but I love being in Albuquerque."
"Needed a unique part, looked ALL over town and they only ones who carried it! Not crowded at all! Handicap parking. Clean parking lot as well as store. Right off of major road. No instructions, giant red letters on sign, easy to spot! Very helpful staff."
"We started our interaction with granger the last week of June 29, 2021. Since then they have placed my order 6 -7 different times. It has gone to Kentucky and this past holiday weekend we were not made aware they would stay closed till the 6th. We were told today that our order is in New Mexico but in Los Cruses. We were then told it was sent there because that's what we told them to send it to nobody's gonna make that mistake. The representative proceeded to tell my HVac rep that he should just drive to cruses and get it. After a Very irritated customer had to step outside to get himself together and not tell off the rep he goes back in to a manager who said hey we see there's one coming at 12 today come back. It sounds like they are driving to cruses themselves to get it. I call customer service to make sure on that order coming at noon they claim. Surprise the agent doesn't see it. Still trying to get my part. Being told a new order would be placed. So let's see how long without air-conditioning before they can figure out how to place my order. I have children 3 & 4 and they seem to think that a local business without any business being conducted is doing just fine financially. Small local businesses are usually ran by families my family is at work with me everyday we all go to our workshop and handle business. We are about to be going on 2 weeks now unable to be in the extremely hot work room which means no business has been conducted which means we are now financially behind because these representatives can't get my order to the right address mind you, I do not know anyone or have any business in cruses and I'm not typing or pressing keys to place the order but it is somehow my fault that the orders are all messed up. Isn't this just Rich."
