"Top notch help, I owe Derek a big shoutout for working with me. Prior to coming in, I got a $2,500 quote from JustSprinklers to have my small, leaky residential system fixed with commercial level gear which was not at all what I needed. The JS guy gave me a bad sales pitch and left quickly when it looked like I wasn't biting (sometimes -- beware of the free estimate). I took some photos and went Winsupply, spoke to Derek and he got me set up with some rebuild kits for $150 and it completely took care of the problem. "DO NOT purchase here, but browse their gorgeous showroom and elicit the help of their employees. The sales rep Valentina was very helpful UNTIL she placed our order. When our order arrived the finish on our faucets was not the finish we had chosen. The kitchen sink was also the incorrect layout. When we called to clarify or correct this error, we were called liars and told we never asked for the black finish. Valentina said that we did not tell her any of those things and her order was correct. Valentina and the manage asked if we had any video or photo proof of what we ordered!? They blamed us of the error for not double checking the invoice for the products that were ordered----example of invoice for the products they list 9179T-DST ******** most normal people do not know what this stands for or means! as to why we chose a brick and mortor store with a sales team and assumed they had customer service skills to trust and guide us. We were wrong. The owner was eventually involved and told us that since we can not prove that we asked for the color we asked for he would have to check with his suppliers to see if these products could be returned and we could receive a refund. There was never once any offer of a resolution to this problem. We were never presented with an option to pay the difference and get the products that we wanted. We were talked down to and accused of creating a problem for this store after spending $4,000!!!!! We paid a 25% restocking fee to return the incorrect order and took our business to Precision Diamante and Doc Savage were we purchased the same products at a cheaper price with a picture described invoice. Also why would wait 2 months for products (COVID) and lie about what we wanted? What do we gain from that. VERY DISAPPOINTED"

"This review is specifically regarding an incident that occurred today in the parts department of this business. I was there looking for a part when one of the parts representatives said in conversion with another employee that "the only good Democrat is a dead Democrat". This was said at the parts counter in the presence of five employees and three customers. This is nonsense. Americans should have more respect for each other regardless of political affiliation. I am a military veteran and a former law enforcement officer and know far too many that have given far too much to be disrespected in this manner."
