"The staff is always friendly and efficient. Their equipment is modern and comfortable. I appreciated, and even enjoyed, my recent visit with Dr. Russell. The visit was for diagnostic purposes and I felt that my inclusion and understanding was important to him. His manner is professional, yet down-to-earth and pleasant. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is, at times, the place is quite full with patients and staff so it feels cramped and hectic. They would benefit from a bigger space."

"I was greeted within a second of walking in the door. I also had a issue with my insurance and they fixed it for me immediately and helped me understand why then I my eye exam was started immediately after the insurance issue was fixed. I was there for 30 minutes. I have seen the Dr 3 years in a row and he has always been very informative and thorough I was made to understand exactly what was going on with my eyes. The Dr even took the time to look at my sons exam that he just had 2 weeks prior with another Dr and answered my questions and even had his assistant follow up with his Dr on something for me. I greatly appreciate everything. ( they didn't even have to fix the insurance issue for me because it had nothing to do with them and they did)"
