Hastą́ądi Neeznádiin - Gallup Health is a private non-profit institution located at 600 East Coal Avenue in Gallup, New Mexico, United States. In partnership with public health, we offer a range of health services including rapid testing in our onsite lab for various infections such as COVID-19, STIs, HIV, and Hep-C. We also provide referrals for positive/reactive tests and offer additional discreet testing options upon request.

Our institution is dedicated to reducing the spread of infectious diseases, opioid overdose, and foodborne illnesses. We work closely with the New Mexico Department of Health Harm Reduction Program to provide essential supplies and services such as Narcan, clean injection supplies, and rapid testing for HepC/HIV.

Visit us during our drop-in hours on Mondays from 10am to 2pm or book an appointment for rapid testing. Your results will be ready within 30 minutes and can be received via text or in a printed format. We are committed to providing high-quality care and support to our community.
