"Please be careful on the diagnosis & treatment plan by this place - my kids and I were seen back in 2019 and never went back. Never had major problems with my teeth, first visit they said a root canal was REQUIRED, ugh... nine months later, trying to have them complete the darn root canal, they referred me to a specialist in Albuq because they broke a piece of their instrument down in my gums and had to get it surgically removed. The equipment they had in their facility was outdated and the doc used just his regular glasses and not enhanced lenses to perform the root canal - I went through so much pain. How do you dispute a root canal with your insurance company. In my opinion and experience, this is malpractice. Everyone gets a root canal :("

"From our 1st visit it was good, my kids were treated Politely and professionally. Xrays done.and I was told everything, my oldest needed retainers, he had 95% of good straight teeth. But jus for one tooth. He had the smallest cavity on the top lining. He had that fixed n I was told no more appts he is done with. Yet his tooth was aching. He went back and we were told it's too close to his roots it eeds to be fixed. He got it fixed and cleaned again. Lady there Says next time only one crowning and he's done with. Anthr appt later We went there, yet my son walks out and no crowning was placed. I see 2 tooth worked on with fillings. I thought what is going on. My daughter was next so I decided let's go. Something isn't right. So we left. My son had the perfect teeth, yet root canals were being done. I dnt recommend this place to anyone any more."

"TERRIBLE and that is putting it lightly! The entire experience was awful. We were moved from room to room while one doctor was trying to “fix the camera” to take a picture of my teeth, when they couldn’t they used a mirror and cell phone to take a picture. (Unprofessional ) meanwhile the other dentist is in the next room cussing the cable company and also my son was there for a cleaning and all they did was polish them, no getting tarter no flossing no nothing!! I went back for my deep cleaning because I couldn’t get in anywhere else and she was so rough with my teeth. I am pregnant and my gums are sensitive and she was so rough (probably because I told her about the fact they didn’t clean my sons teeth right) I was spitting out CHUNKS of blood. Just terrible I would never recommend this place to anyone EVER they are very careless, unprofessional, unsanitary and the lady is rude of u confront any issue or concern u have."

"Worst place I've ever worked! My overall advice, BE WITH YOUR CHILD AT ALL TIMES!! Don't allow your children to go to the back by themselves. The doctors can be very rude & mean to uncooperative patients. If you don't feel comfortable with how the dentist (and their staff) are conducting business, say something!! Don't allow your child to be traumatized. The doctors do not value their patients and are NEVER on time! I'm not talking 30mins late, I mean, hours!! Most unprofessional place I've ever worked. So many negative things about that place."
