"I’ve had a number of surgeries after breaking my collarbone and this has been the primary clinic I have received care at. Front desk staff are phenomenal, as are the nursing and support staff. The doctors I’ve seen throughout this are awesome—namely Dr. Bradford, Dr. York and Dr. Spiva—I would entrust my care to them again. Lots of fantastic folks here."

"I arrived at 8:25 for my 840 appointment. I took a number and sat and waited. Two other people walked in after me, and did not take a number because immediately they were helped by the desk receptionist. As I waited, I remembered several years ago the exact same thing happened. If they can’t get reception right how can I trust them with my healthcare?"

"The check in was fairly quick and painless. The check in staff were very friendly. I got in much quicker than I expected and it was so nice to get X-rays back in the clinic again instead of having to go across the street to the hospital. Dr. Bradford was great, as always. There’s something about her personality that I just jive with. She always gives very helpful feedback and a plan of action to move forward. Good job everyone at Red Rock!"

"I was referred to see Dr Hoover, Urologist, but he was booked up. I was desperate to get in, and didn’t want to leave town for my care. I called again to get in on a cancellation, kept in touch with the front desk staff Lorraine and Nicole who were very helpful. With their help and Dr Hoovers nurse, I got an appointment the following week. It was a very easy check-in. Dr Hoover was kind, thorough, and took his time. He was very knowledgeable on my condition. I feel we’re on the road to my health. And he made me follow-up appointments. I felt very served by all the staff. Thank you all so much!"
