"I just moved to Gallup and have not yet established a primary care physician. I became sick with upper respiratory symptoms and overall malaise. I visited Rapid Care here in Gallup and had a good experience. The staff was kind, helpful, answered all of my questions, and my visit moved quickly."
"Rapid for sure. Not sure the diagnosis was 100% accurate. but they’ll work with you and give you the scrips. Good lady’s up front good guys in the back"
"I was very satisfied with my visit The staff was friendly and very helpful The Provider was friendly and very polite Very caring and professional I felt the staff did everything to make sure I got the best treatment for my problem I would use this clinic again and recommend it to others I’m from another State and they took my Medicare and insurance without any problems When you’re sick it’s great to have this kind of service without the stress"
"Was able to be seen and on my way in less than an hour. Doctor called to follow up with bloodwork before end of day. I’ve never been to a better urgent care."
"Waist of time and money. Went in to be seen for a painful rash and welts on my neck. When I was finally seen, was only with the nurse practitioner for a few minutes. Was told I had a allergic reaction and was given a prescription to help. My condition continued to get worse and my primary Dr was kind enough to squeeze me in 3 days later. Turns out I did not have a allergic reaction but instead I have shingles. The prescription I was given is not used to treat shingles and as a result, my condition continued getting worse."
