"I was a patient at Kindred for roughly a week and half, and for the most part found the nursing staff friendly, empathetic and concerned for my well-being (Aylin, Margo - you two rock!). I also had physical and Occupational Therapy with Casey and Celia, who went above and beyond in their efforts to be supportive and positive (even when I wasn't). Finally, Patient Advocate Gaby made me feel like she was in my corner at all times. Couldn't ask for much more!"

"My husband was critically ill and was on the brink of death. When he was finally discharged from the UNMH ICU, he was a patient at Kindred hospital where he continued his healing for months. The staff at Kindred hospital are absolutely fantastic. They all cared for my husband and most of them became friends. In particular, Bill, John, Cathy, Kathy, Beth, Justine, Sheeila, case manager Christina and countless others. Their attention to detail, cleanliness, organization, and empathy always stood out. I am so grateful that my husband had the care he received from the Kindred staff. Thank you so much for being so kind and sweet to all of us, especially when emotions were up and down. I recommend Kindred hospital to all who may need it."

"My husband is here for wound care. The wound care team and Dr. Olivas take very good care of my husband. There are quite a few nurses and techs who also give him excellent care. I apologize for not knowing all your names. I am giving 4 stars because there was an incident with my husband but I love how administration was on the ball and corrected & addressed the problem. I am thankful for the excellent care and attention my husband has been getting with his wound care. What turned out to be a long hard 5 months has become bearable because they were very understanding and supportive. We enjoyed decorating his room and setting up his xbox & TV. That I am grateful for because it helped him cope with being so far away from his family. I recommend Kindred and they are taking good care of my husband. Little things like the security guards not even asking for our names any more for our visitor badges to nurses & techs enjoying my husband's youtube playlists give us comfort knowing that they show us they care and are paying attention. Thank you Kindred. Thank you Gabby for all your help, I could always count on you. We can't wait for the day he gets to come home."

"I had a wonderful experience with the PT and OT providers, specifically Christina, Celia, Casey, and Mike. They were pivotal in my physical recovery and truly made a difference in my life. Their unwavering support and the knowledge each brought to the table was impressive and in turn allowed me to participate in my own recovery to the degree possible- I’m grateful for all of them. Had a positive experience with most of the nurses and techs (shout out to Luda , Cheila, and Billy) as they all stood out in providing exceptional care during my stay. The only reason that this is not a 5 star review is because there is much room for improvement with the food although they really tried to be accommodating which I appreciated. In sum, I would give Kindred 4.5 stars if google would let me. Thanks again to everyone who made my stay enjoyable and comfortable as possible in a hospital setting. - Meg Nozicka"

"I am totally impressed with how clean the facility is and the staff was outstanding. I’m from Los Angeles and came to Albuquerque to visit a family member who had suffered a stroke. I didn’t know what to expect but the care and support my family received is beyond great. What impressed me most was the attention to details shown. I’m uploading 2 pictures, one from yesterday and the second is from today….what outstanding progress. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!"
