"My daughter and I love H&M. We frequent this store and other locations when we travel. I went in to browse on Tuesday and as I walked in saw a sweater (last one they had) grabbed it to look at it and one of the employees literally took it out of my hand. I’m assuming for another customer. I told her I was going to look at it she just glanced at me and walked away. The audacity this girl had. I will not be returning to any locations. I’d rather spend my money at express or banana republic. I’m still shocked by the audacity this employee had."

"Love the sales rack! This is not a store I shop In regularly or for much more then wardrobe accessories. Depending on the season you can find some pretty cute stuff at a decent price. And the sales are more then affordable prices."

"THE H&M store located in the Coronado Mall , Uptown in Albuquerque New Mexico is an excellent store the staff are all very friendly and helpful. I went there to return some clothes that my boss had purchased for himself. Well the ticket was long past the date for return, however the staff there were very helpful and explained that they could give me in-store credit for the items that were being returned. Meaning I could pick out some things of equal or lesser value for the ticket returns. Since I told my boss that if I couldn't get him credit on a card I would be picking out some things for myself. So I scored a pair of new jeans a pack of hair ties and a big pack of socks. The store has an excellent clearance section . The clothes are casual and fun. I recommend h&m in the Coronado Mall Albuquerque New Mexico"
