"Careful when taking your coins to the coin machine at this location! I accurately counted my coins at $57.63 and ONLY got $47.85!!! RIDICULOUS!!! The thing that frustrated me the most was the teller in the front said I was wrong and the machine counts "accurately" I am so done with Nusenda, isn't the first time ice had problems with this bank. Will be joining another bank soon."

"Terrible place was refused service because I was dirty to come into get what I needed because I was still at work and was going during lunch for service with my account and asked to come back later when I had more time and wasn't as dirty. Don't go here go to the one on paseo del Norte they are friendly and take care of their customers their this is the 2nd time I have had bad service at the enchanted hills location."
