"The staff is incredibly rude and inattentive! They made my family feel like we were an inconvenience to even be in there when we came with 6 people to buy new shoes for and they completely missed out on a great sale $$$ I asked the associate (some rude young man )at the register if my daughter can use the restroom to which he said no with an eye roll "we don't have public restrooms" with my daughter literally doing the potty dance and then the manager let's a different lady use it right before we asked."
"MY FIRST PAIR!!! LOL...I always swore I'd never wear Crocks, but they r so comfortable!!!! And the people were nice!!!"
"Terrible, lazy employees. If you need help looking for shoes, then you are out of luck coming here! Very hard to tell who works there and who doesn’t, especially when they are dressed like bums. Who allows their employees to come dressed wearing a dirty, torn up t-shirt?!"
"Do not send in your minor child alone because they will be profiled and be accused of stealing. My child was accused of stealing and I asked if he put something in his pocket and the manager said no we stopped him before he could. She assumed he was going to steal. I am by far the person who makes excuses for their child but I know he does not steal. Prior to entering the store he looked up the crease covers so see what they would cost and asked for money. When I confronted the manager about the situation I did say my son was profiled and she responded what's next are you going to say I am racist? I then told her no you brought up race and not once did I say anything about race. She tried to explain how she is with someone of ethnicity. In all this I did ask to see the video as all is recorded and she refused. The fact that he did not put anything in his pockets or try to walk out and be told he is stealing is so mind blowing. Instead they assumed he was going to steal and didn't even give him the opportunity to take his items to the register. In reading other reviews it seems it is a common occurrence in this store."
