"Got shoes for Christmas that were the wrong size. Went to the store the next day to exchange them was told to check back in a few days. Went back 2 weeks later and was told to check back in a couple of weeks. Went back 2 weeks later and they still didn’t have my size. They would not refund me the money since it had been more than 14 days since purchase. Said all they could do is give me a store credit. Nobody ever told me about the refund policy. They still can’t tell me when they will get another shoe shipment. Definitely not doing business with them again but I have too since I have a store credit."

"Wyatt is terrible , he’s horrible to customers and his employees. When I went in, he didn’t take care of me at all after trying to get me to buy sneakers , He really was rude and had attitude, he kept pushing his employees on me after he didn’t wanna give me proper customer service , then he went to back room and never came out on the floor I left right away and discovered there was another shoe palace , I was helped by Mateo and his team! Super great customer service , i got 2 pairs of sneakers and some shoe cleaner ! DO BETTER WYATT"

"It was my first time shopping in this store, and I couldn't figure out what shoes I wanted, but they didn't have my size in the one's I did want. All the employees were very helpful, unlike the people at footlocker who just stand around. I'm pretty sure this will be my new go-to store for Shoe's"

"My corporate bought me a pair of shoes for our OM conference from The Shoe Palace. They were too small and I had no receipt. Danny the Manager not only did he exchange them, but because I use a size 16...he ordered a pair online for me. They were actually on sale so I had an additional credit that I used to buy 2 pair of slides for my sons. Danny is what a manager is supposed to be. Extremely helpful, communicative, and extremely professional. He knows the value of great customer service. I am not a fan of mall shopping, but Danny made this experience worth coming back to the mall just to shop at the Shoe Palace. Thank you so much Danny. 10 stars for you and your store.
