"I’ve been going to this Walgreens for years, one of their employees Britney, is always rude, half asleep, and in a bad mood. She doesn’t even say hi when I say hi and always gives dirty looks. So sad especially the world we live in, that you don’t even have to have customer service anymore as a requirement. So disappointed. The least Walgreens can provide is customer service when you have to stand in line and pay while everyone else gets to steal and walk out on the daily. Step it up Britney!"
"Horrible pharmacy service! The pharmacist is just horrible customer service! She needs to get fired already. EVERY TIME a medication gets sent she’s snotty and rude. Today she just walked away when I wasn’t even done talking to her."
"Literal worst pharmacy staff have no idea what they’re doing and extremely rude went back 5 times to get the same prescriptions for my foster kids that were desperately needed but had no regard and kept telling me they would be ready and then they didn’t had to drive across town to another location to get it filled and every time I go they said they needed her insurance info when I gave them it several times . Going to be switching for sure they’re horrible"
"The Walgreens on coors bypass was absolutely horrible today. The pharmacy doesn’t know what they’re doing. Several of us waited over an hour for a vaccine. I waited one hour and finally had to throw in the towel to make my next appointment. What’s the point of an appointment if you have to wait over an hour beyond the time they knew we’d be there? They can blame “insurance problems” all they want but they literally didn’t know what they were doing. The girl at the front register with her awful fake eyelashes was icing on the bad cake. Don’t waste your time. Terrible experience."
"The drive thru has been closed for more than a month. There is no reason for the drive thru to be closed so long. Maybe 1 week is acceptable. They are short staff and are using the glass shortage as an excuse for forcing customers to go inside. There is trash all around the store."
