"I was very happy with the help that this dealership gave me while traveling home to Michigan. The night before, our AquaHot stop working. I determined that the problem was the system anti-freeze was low, not allowing system to run. I found this dealer and called in the morning, and they said they had fluid available to purchase. We arrived and I purchased a gallon of fluid from the parts department. I then went to the service desk to see if I could get a funnel to help fill my system, as it is in a very tight location. One of the service techs, Dean, came out and told me to use a DEF funnel that would fit on the gallon container. I said that I buy DEF at the pump and did not have the fill hose. He offered to let me use his. He came back from the shop with a 1/2 gallon of fluid in a bottle with hose attached. He said go ahead and use this fluid. This allowed me to fill my reservoir. I brought his container back and was expecting to pay for the fluid I used. Dean said don't worry about it. I appreciate dealer going above what is necessary!"

"Bought a used 2022 RV from La Mesa in November 2023. The people at La Mesa was exceptional. During a recent trip found out we had a small leak from the roof. Took the RV back to have them look at it. Ian Nichols was my service representative. He did everything to make it right. He called the La Mesa in Phoenix where we bought it and worked to ensure we did not have to pay for the repair. Ian went above and beyond to work with us. "We bought our 2023 Winnebago Revel here on our anniversary! Very happy with the whole crew there, friendly phone calls and emails from different departments to make sure we got everything ready for us to pickup. We did many months of research for our Class B RV, and La Mesa had the price we were looking for and close to Denver. Called and talked to Stacey, he was very knowledgeable and told us everything about the RV we were interested in and got us started with purchasing process. We rented a car drove to Albuquerque. The minute that we walked in, got warm greeting from customer service and sales department. Did a nice test drive and had a detailed orientation for more then 3 hours with Lynn! She answered all our questions and Kyle at financial department was very quick and easy, no pushing for extra warranty packages. All paperwork were done before our arrival, we just signed on hard copies. After finished all paperwork, transportation department helped us returned our rental in the airport while service department was winterizing our revel per our request! We noticed their packing lot had lots of different types of RV. The place was nice and clean. Very friendly people worked here. Highly recommended to everyone! PS. We spent our 1st night in our Revel on our way back to Denver at Raton. Cooked our dinner, slept in very comfortable bed. The heating system kept us nice and warm inside(outside 29F)overnight.
