"This was my first time in the North face store. It was an enjoyable experience. After going to 5 different stores to look for snow boots I finally found a pair here. The salesman was nice and very helpful. He offered suggestions of boots I had not considered and bought a pair of those. The boots are warm and after being out in the snow for several hours my feet never got cold."
