"I wish I could report a positive experience like some others here, but I DID NOT have one. I don't see what the HYPE is all about with "3D" measuring. I later had to go to another store who measured my foot "the old fashioned way" and found I'm a whole size longer than measured by "Fleet Feet." NO WONDER I've suffered. The width was great, the length not. I NEVER should have trusted, "they will stretch out," as suggested by the salesperson. It's been agony. The shoes didn't stretch lengthwise AT ALL. I usually buy cheap shoes from Walmart (SERIOUSLY I could have bought 5 pairs for this price). I thought being fitted by someone with "knowledge" would be worth it. WHAT A JOKE! Later, I found the same shoe online at Rack Room Shoes for HALF PRICE...Can't recommend this store. Maybe a better name could be, "Fleeced Feet" 12-10-23 Well, she was right. My right toe FINALLY made it long enough to fit. Final advice, DONT LEAVE THIS STORE UNLESS YOUR SHOE FITS PERFECTLY!"

"Bought shoes that cost $180. They told me the size I needed. Used the shoes a few times and they felt too big. My kid used my shoe box and threw away the receipt. Store said they couldn’t even do an exchange without the receipt. Same guy that sold them to me."
