"The employees are less than helpful. Everytime I've been in the store the employees are sitting around eating and drinking. Last time I walked thru the door there was a napkin on the floor ....2 different employees stepped over it and left it in front of the door. I told the manager she should have them pick it up. She said "It could be nasty or something" . Geez they could have gotten another peice of paper to pick it up with! The atmosphere is dismal at best."
"Bought five pairs of shoes and got home with a box that has my size on it and the shoes are a full size smaller. I'll be careful next time and check for sizes before I check out."
"Couldn't find shoes in hometown, drove an hour there. Asked where the wide shoes were and clerk helped me spot the styles that were wide. Took an hour but the two of us left with a total of six pairs of shoes. Nice to know by trying on if shoes fit/are just right."
