"08:20pm went in to grab something hot to eat. Poor selection of available hot sandwiches. Soup bar was pretty much non-existing. All 3 soup pots were empty. Only thing readily available was pizza or cold foods. Settled for a turkey wrap. Also the hallway leading to the restrooms and showers was freshly mopped. Wet floor sign was out but it looked as though no attempt was made to clean up the excess water on the floors. Looked more like someone took a 5 gallon bucket of water and dumped it in the hallway."

"Shower is most important thang for me as a driver and we seen there was 2 open showers with no one cleaning them , we don't have time for this and will take the next stop for now on"

"All in all, it’s a decent fuel stop but we’ll see how long it last because it is new. But the food in the hot case is Luke warm at best and same goes for the coffee. But what’s really ironic as they’re trying to say that they’re still a national chain shortage so you have to have exact change or use your credit/debit card. So what this actually means is they cannot hire people competent enough to count change back. So instead of telling people hey, we can’t hire anybody that knows how to count change back we’ll just put out the sign that was made during Covid and say there was a national chain shortage. I travel all over the country and nobody has these signs out anymore except this place. California even removed their signs try and do better pilot flying J/One9"

"Best truck stop in New Mexico. Nice showers lots of parking. I more parking at the ghetto loves or pit hole TA with train running all night."

"Best gas station in Gallup. Avoid everywhere else. Just wanted to add for the owner/manager. When I searched for gas stations in Gallup, you guys did not come up until we drove by and saw it. Then when I searched again, it came up as a "travel center" and not necessarily a gas station on Google. Not sure if that's the case for everyone but might be worth looking into so it's easier for people to find you guys."
