"Barista with the red hair was a doll, told me all about the location and beautiful mural. She also kindly remade my drink and literally made it better than expected. Utter perfection. Had actually ordered on the app for the drive thru and only had gone in because my son had to use the restroom and I needed to order something I couldn't access on the app. Glad I stopped in! Next time the family drives to Cali, this will be an extended stop to enjoy a well crafted custom beverage."

"Can’t get the order right, even on the second try. Just went through their drive thru, ordered three drinks. They only got one of the three right. We waited to have one of the three fixed, as it was specifically ordered dairy free for an allergy and they put the whipped cream on it. The “fixed” drink still had a layer of white cream over the top. It was a caramel apple spice drink, there should be no white. This is the kind of customer service that will kill you if you have an allergy. Not to mention waste your money."

"One of the half-dozen Starbucks in Gallup, it was the only one open this morning at 5:30. It's 45 degrees outside in October and I needed a warm place to do some work and charge up electronics. Drive through was open and slightly busy. The dining room was empty except for one crew who was on break. Therefore, quiet and I had my choice of spots to set up. My "mobile order" of bagel and coffee (gotta earn those stars!) was prepared very quickly and my name shouted a moment later. Coffee? The blonde roast is the only one I can tolerate and while it had a good flavor, it was only warm. Unexpectedly not hot. Bagel was very lightly toasted but good flavor. I think Starbucks has lost its charm with its ongoing domination of the coffee wars. If I could have had #LocalCoffee this morning, I would have. Again, the only place open before 6am."

"I like mobile ordering it quickest, always nice when drive thru isn't busy.. but this particular sandwich is called a Tomato and mozzarella sandwich.. it literally had one lonely cherry tomato. it's corporate I know not the locations fault.. great location it won't discourage me from the coffee drinks just no more tomato mozzarella sandwiches. thanks"
