"I used to think this was the best spot for a cut because I thought they were different than any other shop by the way you were treated. Turns out they’re just like the rest. One barber was off in the corner doing random crap at his station for 35 to 40 mins. Giving him the benefit of the doubt I waited for another barber to free up and when he did he let another customer take my place. I understand appointments and all but non of them mentioned anything, so I figured walk-ins were welcome but instead I wasted my time. I’ve never been brushed off this way in any business. I work everyday, face to face with customers so I know that communication is key; especially in business."
