Well unfortunately this trip completely changed my opinion and I will not return, they had three available stylists who just kept looking at me and walking away to hide in the back my existence wasn’t even acknowledged until after 35min of waiting I decided to remove myself from their list and walk out, which was meet with “don’t worry, we’ll get you removed” Absolutely disgusting service."

"I can for haircut and checked in . I noticed I was 1 hour wait . They only had two stylists working and they had 6 deep on the wait list . First off they are short handed or scheduled poorly . Then a customer walks in and says he tried checking in on line . Boom he gets bumped to the front of the line by the manger . I normally like place for a good haircut . Will be looking else where for my next haircut. Under staffed or under scheduled for how busy they are .."
