"I haven’t been to a barber in years but I started to grow my hair out and it’s getting out of hand so I Google where the closest barber shop is and this one came up. I pull up, walk in and I ask “do you take walk ins?” And all I get is “sorry bro, no, appointment only”. There’s no signage on the door to indicate this and the barber didn’t tell me how to schedule and appointment. I’ll spend my money someplace else. This is why small business fails."

"This wasn’t a horrible experience or anything, I got an undercut (sort of) but it can be fixed at home so it’s whatever. My main gripe is that they don’t clean the clippers between clients. I had a suspicion when I came in due to the hair all over the floor but gave them the benefit of the doubt, it wasn’t a bad hair cutting experience but when I was finished and was paying, the next customer sat down and I watched as the clippers still full of my green fuzz were used on the man. I’m sorry, that’s not okay. There are sanitary measures for a reason."
