"Always interested item at good prices"
"It's the first time I've been in since Covid and Marsha retiring. I have to say that I'm a little disappointed in their pricing on some items. For example, an aluminum stock pot with lid $20. A stainless steel one, same size at Walmart, $10 - $18(and up) The store is more open, but the selection, especially on mens clothes is probably half of what it was. There is less clutter and some prices are ok. I'll check back once more to see if ot has improved. If not, oh well."
"If I could leave a zero star review I would. I have been coming to this facility since I was a child and have always had a good experience. However, today my husband and I were trying to unload some furniture for donation and the clerk, whom I know isn't the manager, comes out and immediately is extremely rude with us. She starts listing off requirements for the furniture, which I can understand, however she did so in a way that was rude and uncalled for. I thought at first she was joking because she was being so rude, then I realized, after my husband and I had already unloaded the coach and other larger pieces of furniture that she wasn't joking and was only excepting a few of the items we had brought. She made us reload the coach, which is in fine condition (it isn't perfect but still it's a thrift store right?) and a dresser. After we had loaded the furniture back into the trailer, we had to decided what we were going to do since we were extremely busy today (we are moving, hence getting rid of our furniture) and as we were talking in the parking lot she came out again to make sure we were leaving. I guess I'll be taking my donations to ABQ since customer service is out of the window here. I recommend taking your furniture to Goodwill in ABQ if you have donations."
"It's a second hand store. We like looking around. Always find something we want."
"A bit too expensive for used items. Most furniture you can find brand new at an actual furniture store for the same price or cheaper. But Staff is nice."
