"Don’t buy money orders from this bank. I have one for $700. I have the receipt and the full money order not filled out with attached stub and they would not cash the money order or let me open an account with their branch using the money order as a deposit. They said they aren’t able to verify the money order. So the receipt they gave me when I purchased it doesn’t help verify it in anyway. Why would they sell money orders that they don’t stand behind %100? Western Union money orders are supposed to be usable and legit. I bought the money order from the same location just a couple hours before. Now they won’t even honor it. What kind of business is that??."
"New Branch manager was too busy to be bothered with our situation. The teller also could have cared less to help us she just used a rehearsed line to get us out of her line."
"Some times the worker's are ruid here I really won't come here unless I have to cause I live close bye ill go to Wal-Mart on coors & i40 there nice ik a couple of them that are sweet"
"The so called manager for that Convenience bank had no idea what she was doing or saying. Asked her for a basic question regarding income verification she wanted to send me to a 1(800) number. Called the Convenience bank located in San Mateo they went ahead and answered all the questions that I had with no regard of calling no 1(800) number."
"This bank and all its branches are a damn joke! The call center is even worse. Doesn't matter whether or not you have overdraft allowance, they still allow companies to overdraft accounts and then blame you for the overdraft. They don't fix anything, they just explain it away. I will be removing all accounts asap! They are no longer a bank I can trust and I can offer any advice, it would be to go to a credit union. At least there, your money is safe."
