"I paid off a 30k loan EARLY and always stayed in great communication with them. I applied for another loan and it took about a month before even getting communication from someone. I was told that I needed a co-signer credit wise. I got a co-signer and was pre approved. Well another week goes by and he tells me that due to the same credit that he approved me for 100k for is not good enough. He said they could only do $5k due to the credit. He then says that the income from tax returns from 2022 were low and also played a part. The income is over $100k more than what he was stating! He didn’t even include the business income. He then proceeded to hang up in my face while I was asking questions. Ikechi Ucazu is beyond disrespectful. How could you hang up in the face of a loyal client?"

"I had one loan with this company and paid all off.... They are not honest and not at the least trueful... Their communication is the worst I've ever seen. They're false in house... I will never seek out a business loan with this company... Even with a perfect score... They spell your name wrong on your account and after many attempts to ask them to fix it or update your paid in full status... They don't fix it. I had to go through the credit bureau to dispute balance long after it being paid in full..... Worse company ever"

"At first I had a pleasant experience with dream spring and that has completely gone in the garbage. I was thankful to receive a small 20k loan with dream spring when I was first starting my business. It can be extremely difficult as a new business to obtain the funding you need. I kind of blindly accepted the loan with 21% interest (and that was with a good credit score) because I couldn’t get funding elsewhere. That is basically highway robbery!! And the loan had high closing costs. But that’s not all - I have now paid my loan down to a low remaining balance and have tried to contact dream spring for over three weeks with no one returning my calls or emails. Now that my business is operational and I’ve paid down my debt significantly I wanted to reapply for a line of credit or see if I could get another loan with a better interest rate to pay off the little remaining balance and get a little more working cap. My application was auto denied which I believe is a mistake (I’ve paid my loan down over $18k with on time payments) - I emailed and called multiple times trying to talk to anyone about the situation but cannot get any return communication. If you can obtain better interest rates elsewhere I recommend staying away from dream spring. Ive finally worked with another bank who will be getting my business 105k 12% interest 10 years. The closing costs for the 105k is the same for the 20k I got with dream spring."
