"Approved online and through one of their "loan specialists". Went through the entire loan document process online, including them putting an initial lien on my car, waited in their office (with no customer restrooms available) for over an hour, and then was told I would not receive the loan because their "loan specialist" did not complete my initial application correctly. Major waste of my time and effort. They are predatory lenders with terrible customer service."

"I got lie from the very beginning they said I was going to get and amount then they lower it ,also I keep getting denied for my paperwork when I explained to the agent my situation, when I got to the office took 3 days to get approved,then after getting approved,it still took an other 2 day to get it deposited in to my account,all because miss judgement and the agent trying to get me in to the office without proper information"
