"Worst haircut I’ve gotten in awhile. I should’ve figured there was a reason 3 people were waiting for one person and no one was in line for the other. Not returning here. Need to have someone fix what happened here. I feel sorry for the person who cut my hair but she needs more training. UPDATE: the next day the barber Raphael took me in and spent a lot of time and effort fixing the poor haircut. He did a great job. There was no charge since I was charged the day before for a bad haircut but I tipped him well considering how much time he spent with me. I definitely recommend him!"

The woman that called me back actually admitted that she didn't know how to do part of what I wanted so she put me with another stylist right away that could. I never got her name but she has black and blond hair. She did an amazing job! We had a lot to talk about, she was super friendly and professional.
