"If I could give no stars I would. Called to make an appointment for myself and my daughter because I couldn't make two appointments online. The girl who answered the phone could not have been more rude. Didn't offer to help me book just said "yeah because you already have an appointment so you can't make another" in the most annoyed inconvenienced sounding voice ever. Wouldn't trust that bad attitude with my hair for damn sure. Will never visit this salon. Didn't even catch the rude girls name because when she answered she just said "hello?" Rudely. Had to be Paula or Kami because they're the ones working toda. She sounded Hispanic. Almost all your negative reviews are about Paula so maybe do away with the bad apple."

"Felt very unwelcome! I booked an appointment online and arrived a couple minutes early too. There was only one staff member, Paula Garcia, who did not greet or acknowledge me when I entered, and I had to wait more than 30 minutes before receiving any service. She spent lots of time and patience on the customer before me but seemed to have no patience for me at all. She didn’t fully clean up after the last customer; there was still hair all over the seat. When I asked her to fix the front and the side of my hair, she responded in a rude manner. She only spent about 10 minutes on my whole haircut and didn’t bother blowing my hair dry even though she had rinsed it so it was completely wet (which wouldn’t have been a big deal except it was very cold outside so I was freezing). My total was over $20, totally not worth it. Never going back again."
