"Today I had not so good experience. My hair dresser today was Victoria and she did not know the meaning of a layered cut even though I mentioned I needed layers and showed a model picture on my phone. I just got 2 bangs on front and 2 inch trim of remaining hairs. She did not bother to blow dry the hair as well. However a Couple of years back I went to chop off my hair for hair donation and the lady at that time did a great job with my short hair so that’s why a 3."
