I had a dip manicure with decorative art hand painted on two of my fingers. They took great care prepping my nails and the art work was beautiful. "Personally I've been here only twice and each time they have been rude and whisper mean things about you thinking you don't know or pay attention thanks to my many language classes several times I can catch one... not only do they have poorly manners the work they do on the toes are rushed and look like complete garbage... and it has been with both times I've come here....
