"Okay to start off I am not the type of person to putting reviews, but this place really sucks and disappointed, I went on MARCH 17th 2024, the girl who did my pedicure was super nice, but she didn’t let me soak my feet in water for at least 5 min, she cut my Toenails but didn’t clean them properly, she started painting them with clear polish when I told her I wanted nude, they charged $45 dollars when I wasn’t even getting the full experience, they didn’t massage my feet she didn’t even scrub them, my sister only got her toenails painted no gel no nothing and she was charged $30, these people are scamss, they also charged me double tax, I went back and told them they couldn’t be doing that cause they had already charged me tax on their machine, and they charged me 5 dollars tax when he was calculating on the calculator, I requested a refund because clearly double taxing is illegal, and they denied and denied, so with my sister and I I was charged a total of 75 dollars PLUS FIVE DOLLARS OF TAX ON THIER CALCULATOR which was 80 something dollars and with tax on the machine to swoop the card was around 84 dollars with cents!!!! And they still get mad and pissed off because I didn’t leave a tip. They knew they were on the wrong, while I sat outside in my truck and explained everything to my parents, they closed the shop and left! On the photo you can tell where she didn’t clean my toe nails, and she just went over it with the polish All I’m saying is that there pricing is way to high for the work they do! And we could’ve gone somewhere in the same pricing for way better quality, customer service, and where they won’t scam you and money hungry Please let me know if this has happened to you as well, because it sucks, I’m not a mean person, but it really sucks that these things happen"
